What attracted you to the RACE Industry PhD?
The PhD provides seminal insights of combining financial and economic data into urban planning resulting in innovative practice in finance and built environment subjects
When you were young, what did you want to be when you were older?
I wanted to be a researcher and a chartered accountant.
What do you hope to achieve?
I aspire to help society by providing a better access to sustainable living affordably through innovative financial strategy.
What are you most looking forward to?
Looking forward to testing financial models, read interesting materials, speak to more people, and learn new things.
What innovation/change would you like to see in 5-10 years’ time?
In large public accountancy/advisory practice space providing economic and financial analysis for commercial property/urban development. At the same time, remaining as a researcher within academia helping to solve urban economics problems and authoring more articles.
