On the 8th March 2020, the Commonwealth announced their funding for RACE from July 2020 for 10 years. RACE has since completed its first stage of establishment as a CRC, launched their research program to fund fast track and major projects, and are now undertaking nine opportunity assessments to refine the planning for ongoing research.
